My name is Ray, and I graduated from UC Berkeley BS+MS degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences. I have been actively involved in blockchain research with publications and projects. My graduate research focuses in reinforcement learning agent for path planning at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research Lab (BAIR). In the past, I have been a part of Blockchain at Berkeley and have taken/taught courses in Decentralized Finance, and Decentralized Systems.
Previously, I received my Bachelor of Science in EECS and Business Administration (Haas School of Business) at UC Berkeley.
